The lucky draw promotion event is held from 12 August 2024 to 22 September 2024; while registration period is held from 12 August 2024 to 23 September 2024. There are four different methods to participate in the first round of lucky draw while all accumulative valid entries of first round will automatically enter the second round of lucky draw without further registration.

2. Is it a must to provide designated package or printed receipts for registration?
Regarding participation via valid electronic receipts, participants are required to provide and keep an original electronic receipt. Upon registration, participants are required to submit info of electronic receipt, English full name and contact number. In case that electronic receipt or information is incomplete (e.g. the designated product or the designated merchant cannot be displayed), a supplementary information (such as a screenshot of the receipt or product code) must be submitted to prove the eligibility for winning.
Regarding participation via QR code inside designated packages or crown corks, participants are required to provide and keep the designated packages, enter English full name and mobile number for registration.
3. What are designated San Miguel products?
There are four methods to participate in this event, each requires purchase of different designated products in different channels, while other brands, i.e. San Mig Light or San Miguel Cerveza Blanca shall NOT be accepted.
4. When can I get the result of the lucky draw?
Participants could obtain the result of the lucky draw immediately after registration on event website: http://sm-win.com . The 2nd round lucky draw result will be announced at Sing Tao Daily, The Standard and San Miguel’s Facebook Fan page on 4 October 2024.
5. Could I use same phone number and name to register again?
There is unlimited no. of participation and winning for each participant or phone number, but each activity QR code or electronic receipt shall only be registered once only.
6. How to confirm my winning qualification?
Participants are required to provide the English name (must be as same as Hong Kong / Macau ID card, Hong Kong / Macau contact number (must be able to receive WhatsApp message) for registration and conduct instant win lucky draw on event website. Results of the lucky draw will be generated immediately by computer system. All winning qualification will be verified by a specified person within two working days. A winning notification will be sent for confirmation purpose (except San Miguel Product E-Coupon, which will be available for use in winning record on website).

9. What should I bring along for redemption?
All winners must redeem their prizes within redemption period. Hong Kong/Macau Identity Card, awarded original awarded QR code (package/crown corks) or electronic receipt, and winner notifications must be presented at that time for verification purpose. If any mismatch is founded, winners will be disqualified. Late redemption will not be accepted, and the winners will forfeit any claim to a prize.
(Only applicable for grand prize) The winner who won with the awarded QR code shall present valid identification document, the record page of registered awarded QR code of crown cork / package and winning notification; the winner who won with the electronic receipt shall present valid identification document, the original awarded electronic receipt and winning notification.
10. If I could not redeem the prize in person, could I send a representative?
If winners could not redeem the prizes in person, the authorized representatives have to present authorization letters signed by winners, identity document copies of winners, the original identity document of the authorized representative and the original awarded QR code (package/crown cork) or electronic receipt and winner notification.
