Participants are required to purchase San Miguel products at/over HK$10 (per single receipt and final price after discount) at designated merchants during the promotion period, where a valid electronic receipt is provided. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$10 spending; two entries for HK$20 spending and so on. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$20 spending; two entries for HK$40 spending, and so on.   • Method 3: Designated Package Wrappers with QR code

Participants are required to purchase the San Miguel products with designated packages within the promotion period and scan the QR code inside the wrapper paper to enter the event website (http://sm-win.com) for registration: Participants are required to provide the English name (must be as same as Hong Kong / Macau ID card) and Hong Kong / Macau contact number (must be able to receive WhatsApp message). One valid QR code entitles two lucky draw entries. Unlimited chances for participation and winning.

  • Method 4: Designated Crown Corks with QR code

Participants are required to purchase San Miguel local bottle product with designated QR code printed under crown corks (supplemented with the numbers starting with letter “E”) within the promotion period and scan the QR code to enter the event website (http://sm-win.com) for registration: Participants are required to provide the English name (must be as same as Hong Kong / Macau ID card) and Hong Kong / Macau contact number (must be able to receive WhatsApp message). One valid crown cork entitles one lucky draw entry. Unlimited chances for participation and winning.

Methods of Participation and Terms & Conditions in First Round

Participants must participate in the lucky draw from 12 August 2024 (00:00hrs) to 23 September 2024 (23:59hrs) ("Registration Period ") through Method 1, 2, 3 or 4. The result of the lucky draw will be randomly drawn by computer system in real time.

Method 1: Designated Merchants’ Receipts

Participants are required to purchase San Miguel products at/over HK$10 (per single receipt and final price after discount) at designated merchants during the promotion period, where a valid electronic receipt is provided. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$10 spending; two entries for HK$20 spending and so on. - Electronic receipts by designated merchants shall show clearly the purchased San Miguel products; total spending refers to final prices after discount (if applicable) per single electronic receipt or online receipt during the promotion period.

- Each participant or phone number can have unlimited participation, while each valid electronic receipt can only be registered once. Those who repeatedly register the same electronic receipt shall be disqualified from lucky draw and the prizes.

- The uploaded original photo of the receipt (photocopies of receipts are not accepted) must clearly show the merchant’s name, store number/location (if applicable), receipt number, date and time of purchase, name of the purchased San Miguel product, quantity, and price.

- All prices or stock are subject to the stores, some products are only available in designated stores. Please contact merchants for related enquiries.

- In case that electronic receipt or information is incomplete (e.g. the designated product or the designated merchant cannot be displayed), a supplementary information (such as a screenshot of the receipt or product code) must be submitted to prove the eligibility for winning.

Participants are required to purchase San Miguel products at/over HK$20 at designated restaurants (per single receipt and final price after discount) during the promotion period, where a valid electronic receipt is provided. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$20 spending; two entries for HK$40 spending, and so on. - Each participant or phone number can have unlimited participation, while each valid electronic receipt can only be registered once. Those who repeatedly register the same electronic receipt shall be disqualified from lucky draw and the prizes.

- In case that electronic receipt or information is incomplete (e.g. the designated product or name of restaurants cannot be displayed), a supplementary information (such as name of designated product) must be submitted to prove the eligibility for winning.

- The promotional crown corks are in gold with QR code printed inside (supplemented with the number starting with letter “E”)

- Upon prize redemption, an original crown cork must be presented; otherwise, it shall be disqualified.

- An “#” is marked on the back label for identification.

- Each participant or phone number can have unlimited participation, while each activity corks can only be registered once. Those who repeatedly register the same corks shall be disqualified from lucky draw and the prizes.

Second Round: Grand Lucky Draw

All accumulative valid entries within the promotion period, no matter what method of participation, whether awarded or not, will automatically enter the second round of lucky draw without further registration. Participants have a chance to win HK$38,000 Free Spending Credit. The lucky draw will be held on 27 September 2024, result will be randomly drawn by computer.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion date of the lucky draw is from 12 August 2024 (00:00hrs) to 22 September 2024 (23:59hrs) The registration date of the lucky draw is from 12 August 2024 (00:00hrs) to 23 September 2024 (23:59hrs) (according to the clock of the organizer- San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited.).
  2. The results of the lucky draw will be randomly distributed by a computer system in real time, participants entitle equal chances to win prizes via either Method 1, 2, 3 or 4.
  3. The page will show ‘Thank you for your participation!’ on the lucky draw result to those who do not win prizes.
  4. Each participant or phone number can have unlimited participation and winning, while each activity QR code or electronic receipt can only be registered once. Duplication of package QR code or electronic receipt shall not be accepted.
  5. The uploaded original photo shall be readable, which clearly shows the merchant’s name, store number/location (if applicable), receipt number, date and time of purchase, name of the purchased San Miguel product, quantity, and price. Prize redemption shall not be accepted in case that receipt is lost or damaged.
  6. During the promotion, if the information sent by participants, winners, suppliers (third party suppliers) and the organizer is invalid resulting from lost, incorrect, unrecognized or damaged data, due to any issues with telephone, network or other technology (that is not attributable to the organizer), the organizer shall not bear any legal responsibility, so participants or winners shall not object to it.
  7. The personal data provided by participants are used for the purpose of verification at the time of prize redemption later. If the provided information is found to be in error or incorrect resulting in failure of San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited to get contact with participants or verify their identities, participants will be disqualified for the lucky draw.
  8. Regarding Method 1, participants are required to purchase San Miguel products at/over HK$10 at designated merchants during the promotion period, where a valid electronic receipt is provided. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$10 spending; two entries for HK$20 spending and so on. The spending amount is based on a single receipt and final paid price after discount.
  9. Regarding Method 2, participants are required to purchase San Miguel products at/over HK$20 at designated restaurants (per single receipt and final price after discount) during the promotion period, where a valid electronic receipt is provided. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$20 spending; two entries for HK$40 spending, and so on. The spending amount is based on a single receipt and final paid price after discount.
  10. Participants who participate in the lucky draw through Method 1 or 2, are required to provide awarded original receipt for prize redemption and verification purpose. The submitted receipts will be not be returned to participants after prize redemption.
  11. Participants who participate in the lucky draw through Method 3 or 4, are required to present awarded original promotional package with QR code / crown cork for prize redemption and verification purpose. Incompleteness, forgery, damage (unless printing issue is found and verified by San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd. Ltd.), modification, smearing, photocopy, or reprinting shall not be accepted.
  12. All accumulative valid entries within the promotion period, whether awarded or not, will automatically enter the second round of lucky draw without further registration. Participants will have a chance to win the grand prize.
  13. Upon prize redemption of the grand prize in second round, the winner who won with the awarded QR code shall present valid identification document, the record page of registered awarded QR code of crown cork / package and winning notification; the winner who won with the electronic receipt shall present valid identification document, the original awarded electronic receipt and winning notification.
  14. If winners could not redeem the prizes in person, the authorized representatives must present authorization letters signed by winners, award document (as mentioned in point 13 above), identity document copies of winners, the original identity document of the authorized representative and the winning notification.
  15. The 2nd round of lucky draw will be held on 27 September 2024.
  16. All lucky draw result must be verified by specified person and confirmed with a winning notification through WhatsApp messaging.
  17. The 2nd round of lucky draw result and the event-closing announcement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 4 October 2024. If there is any question about the event-closing announcement, please call promotion enquiry hotline 3996 7486 within two working days after the publication date.

  1. Prizes are non-exchangeable in forms of cash, services or product upon confirmation of receipt.
  2. Upon prize redemption, winners must present valid identity documents in original and the winning notification.   3. All prizes are produced and supplied by the suppliers as third parties (except San Miguel Product E-coupon $10). Upon completion of redemption procedure, San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited shall not be liable for any loss suffered by winners or other people in the process of using the prizes. San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited reiterates that it shall not be liable for any warranty or the usage outcome with respect to the prizes.
  4. The images and dimensions of the gifts are for reference only. The real objects shall be considered as final.
  5. WM Hotel Accommodation Package only includes the accommodation services and related facilities of WM Hotel. The package does not include any external catering services or gift certificates, and the seafood restaurant dining vouchers are not included in the accommodation package.
  6. If a participant wins a San Miguel product e-coupon $10, the e-coupon will be automatically stored in the "Winning Record" for use, please refer to the terms and conditions of the coupon.
  7. All winners are randomly drawn by computer. Winners are required to examine the gifts on-site at their end and the gifts are not returnable and non-exchangeable in forms of cash, services or product upon confirmation of receipt.
  8. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  9. San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited shall comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. when handling and destroying personal data being collected under this promotion event.
  • If the participants provide the required information in this regard, they are deemed to have agreed: (1) San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited and its senior staff and employees to collect, save and use their personal data (in accordance with the bindings of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486) in order to verify their identities for participating into ‘So Hong Kong So San Miguel Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Event”); and (2) San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited to disclose and transfer the personal data to the relevant professional consultants, service providers, agents or other contract counterparts of the Promotion Event.
